A housekeeper is provided for your convenience - you provide the food and she will cook the meals if you desire.  

To better explore the island we recommend either you rent a car or hire a driver.

The home is wi-fi enabled and equipped with security cameras.

An outdoor shower is provided to rinse off sand prior to entry into the home.

**Music can be heard inside the villa from the adjacent Jacob Taylor Beach at night.**

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Rules

• We do NOT accept pets of any kind.
• Please keep the entry gate closed to prevent the neighborhood stay dogs from entering the yard. Please do not encourage them into the yard. We would like to keep our yard and garden well maintained and pleasant for everyone's enjoyment.
• Please keep the exterior doors and screen doors closed when you are not in attendance. Leaving the doors open may invite rodents and stray animals into the home.
• The home is fully available to all guests, with the exception of closets that may be locked containing Owner's personal items. Please do not attempt to open any locked closets accordingly.
• Books and games may be provided for guests' use and enjoyment for a lazy or rainy day. Please do not remove these items from the property. Please treat these items with respect - the cost for lost, removed or damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Kitchen utensils have been provided for guests' use. Please do not remove these items from the home.
• Kitchen is not equipped with a garbage disposal - please do not throw food scraps or oils down the sink.
• A housekeeper is being provided for the best vacation experience possible. Please be respectful of the housekeeper.
• Please use outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach prior to entering the home.
• There are to be NO PARTIES of any kind in this home.
• There is to be NO SMOKING of any kind inside this home. If guests need to smoke please do so outside and dispose of butts appropriately (not in the grass). Discovery that guests have been smoking inside the home will lead to loss of security deposit.
• Complimentary starter toiletries may be provided for your use. Please do not take bath towels provided to the beach, instead take the beach towels provided for your convenience.
• A washing machine and clothes dryer are provided - please do not attempt to launder any linens or towels provided by Sea Miracle. We prefer our housekeeper to handle that so as to avoid unintentional damages to our linens and towels.
• Though this is a quiet neighborhood, please be vigilant and lock all doors and windows when away for the day.
• Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Please do not leave children unsupervised at the property.
• The neighborhood beach is not attended by a lifeguard. Beach use is at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended at the beach. Owner accepts no liability for any incident that may occur outside of the property.
• Electricity cost in Jamaica is very high. Air conditioning units have been outfitted with occupancy sensors to save energy. If the room door is left open, or the room is unoccupied for longer than 3 minutes, the air conditioning units will automatically shut off.
• Please park all vehicles on the street in front of the home - there is no parking on the tiled driveway. This is to avoid damage to the mosaic tile, but more importantly damage to the home as well as to eliminating the possibility of leaving the gates open as the driveway is not large enough to accept all sizes of vehicles.
• Please report any accidental damages or breakages to us as soon as it happens.
• Sea Miracle is on a septic system - please do NOT flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilets. All other items, including but not limited to feminine hygiene products, diapers, plastics, wrappers, etc., should be disposed of in trash cans. Similarly please do not place oils and chemicals down the drains.

These house rules are made for the safe enjoyment of this property by you and all future guests. We reserve the right to evict any guest from this property, without a refund, who refuse to follow these rules. We do hope that you will have a safe and wonderful experience at Sea Miracle.
